Have a back up alarm to wake you up early if you have an early flight to avoid missing the flight just because you overslept.

If you ever experience stomach upset while travelling make sure you stay hydrated and sip lots and lots of water. Also, buying water that isn’t bottled especially those whose seals have been broken. Consuming food exposed to flies and that has stayed for a long period while its reheated frequently will likely cause you food poisoning.
